MY FAVES:
- For gut healing I love the hydrolyzed collagen and bovine gelatin!
- I add collagen to basically anything- water with electrolytes, smoothies, coffee, etc. Any liquid it will dissolve in! It is also a really great extra boost of protein!
- The gelatin is really good for making gut gummies (see my instagram post for the recipe) and tart cherry sleepy time gummies! This is always a fun activity to do with the kiddos and a great way to nourish their little tummies!
- Desiccated Liver is one of my favorite all around supplements. Its a great source of bioavailable iron, vitamin A, B12, and amino acids. Unfortunately the capsules are already sold out but the powder is still available! The Multi-organ is another option and is a POWERHOUSE supplement that you can read all about here!
-For a plant based alternative Aquatic Greens is your go-to! The combo of Spirulina and Chlorella is not only super nourishing but great for detoxification!
- Last, but certainly not least, are two potent antioxidants! Acerola powder (capsules are sold out- booo!) and ResGrape (or ResGrape Max)! These gems are amazing for immune support and inflammation! They can be taken alone or my favorite is to add the powder to any beverage or smoothie!
