MORE ABOUT RYA AND HER APPROACH

The main force behind Rya George NTP is a deep desire to help individuals and/or families establish and achieve long-term health. She understands that wellness is a journey, not a quick fix. Her mission is to collaborate with you to discover maintainable and sustainable habits to start, and/or keep, you on your path to discovering and creating your best self!

Her passion is working with those just beginning their journey or those who feel like they have tried it all and haven't found something that works for them long term. Since becoming a mother, her main mission is to educate families on creating foundational habits that will allow wellness long term. She herself has said many times, "if I only knew this growing up..." and because of that her goal is to help shape wellness for the next generation. She is also very passionate about women's health, especially educating on and empowering women to work with their hormonal cycle to create balance. She views wellness and health from a foundational perspective and challenges you to create small changes that become long term habits you don't think twice about.

So what exactly is Nutritional Therapy? In short, it is guided by six foundational elements:

A properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole food diet

Hydration

Digestion

Blood Sugar regulation

Fatty Acids

Minerals

Using these foundations, your concerns, a food and mood journal assessment, as well as a full symptom analysis (a 300+ questionnaire), Rya gets to the root of your imbalances. With the information discovered she educates and, in collaboration with you, creates a bio-individual comprehensive plan to re-balance.  She utilizes a foundational approach incorporating nutritional and lifestyle goals as well as supplements, if indicated. Rya educates, partners with, and inspires you to begin, and continue, your health journey with her by your side!
