WELCOME! I am so glad you have landed here, with me, and are embarking on your health and wellness journey!
For our VERY FIRST monthly meal I have chosen a personal, and fan favorite, sugar craving smoothie. While it isn't quite a meal, it is delicious and nutritious. This is for all you chocolate craving, frosty/ milkshake lovers out there like me! It is completely customizable so, play around and find your fave! I can't wait to hear what you think about it and, as always- make sure you chew! :)
(**Disclaimer: Measurements are approximate- adjust to your liking for thickness and flavor.)
Chocolate Goodness
3/4 cup Milk (Raw milk, homemade cashew/almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk- you pick!)
1 large handful of ice (about 6-8 cubes) *use less if your banana is frozen
1 tsp Vanilla
1-2 tbsp Cacao powder
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup Almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
(Optional Add ins: chia seeds, flax seed, strawberries, coconut flakes, avocado)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to your liking! Pour and ENJOY!
